Giovanni brings a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and cultural adaptability. A seasoned restaurant professional with over 10 years of experience in restaurant operations focusing on customer service and sustainable growth. He has a proven track record of consistent profit achievements and is recognized for his creative and strategic analytical approach. Giovanni started and spent nearly 9 years at an international Spanish food chain restaurant in Washington DC, later moving to manage upscale restaurants in Chicago and bringing expertise to opening new concepts and restoring operations in the Miami area progressing from his humble beginning as a student in Hospitality Management; from server all the way up to General Manager.
Giovanni holds a Summa Cum Laude degree in Hospitality Restaurant Management and has several industry-related certifications such as Food & Beverage Manager and diverse restaurant software applications. He is a US citizen with a multicultural background, fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, making him ideal for collaborating with diverse teams and customers.
